There is a lot of “dis-ease” in the world right now, and the best thing we can do to bring ease and balance to the world around us is to start with our own imbalances.

As we shed self-care habits that no longer serve and boost our bodies with simple nutrition and lifestyle changes, we create a pocket of peace and ease in our own lives.   • A strong nutrition foundation. Get the skinny on topics such as food sensitivities, blood sugar & stress management (the window into hormone balancing), the microbiome and digestive health, body chemistry, and eating for optimal health
  • A food (not product) based 21 day restorative cleanse – strengthen your body’s reserves, unload toxins, reduce cravings, explore your relationship with food, get to the bottom of nagging health issues. Can be easily individualized to meet your personal goals and needs
  • Cooking demos, tastings, menu planning support and tons of healthy recipes – this is where the rubber hits the road for creating lasting change
  • 2 private body composition weigh-ins. We’ll measure your hydration, muscle mass, and body fat – essential tools in understanding your health (optional). To be scheduled on Sunday October 2nd and Sunday October 30th.
  • Support – whatever support you need to get through the process and understand what’s happening in your body as you cleanse.  Participants celebrate better sleep, reduced cravings, better moods, clearer skin, increased energy, mental clarity, reduced aches and pains, weight loss, and motivation to sustain new healthy habits.   • late September – receive instructions  and information about preparation for the cleanse
  • Sunday, October 2nd, 8:30a.m. – 10 a.m. – Walnut Creek Whole Foods Store tour (optional but super helpful)
  • Sunday, October 2nd – 1st bioimpedance weigh-in(optional)
  • Tuesday, October 4th – first day of cleanse
  • Meetings:
    • Tuesday, October 4
    • THURSDAY, October 13th (note different day)
    • Tuesday, October 18
    • Tuesday October 25
  •  Evening session: 6:30-9 p.m. (Daytime session now full.)
  • Sunday, October 30th – 2nd bioimpedance weigh-in (optional)
