Smoked Salmon Salad
This is such an easy salad to throw together. Perfect to go lunch option.
Smoked Salmon Salad
Ingredients
- 1/3 – ½ lb smoked salmon
- 1 can organic garbanzo beans
- ½ c chopped fresh parsley
- 2 scallions chopped
- 2 stalks celery diced
- 1 T olive oil
- Juice of ½ lemon
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Toss all ingredients into a bowl, mix and serve.
